demographic information for aggregate use. Logs are not directly linked to personal information.

at any time by following the link provided in the newsletter.
Email:
Email sent from the Crisis Training website is never sent unsolicited. Information that is
emailed to you, such as weblinks or newsletters, must be requested by the user. You may be removed
from any email or newsletter lists at any time by following the information included within the
mailing.
Surveys:
From time-to-time, our site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these
surveys is voluntary and the user, therefore, has a choice whether or not to disclose this
information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and mailing
address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used
for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Other uses will be
clearly stated with the survey, if it deviates from this policy.

We take every effort to protect your personal information. When you submit information via the
website, your information is protected both online and offline. We never ask users to submit
"sensitive information" such as credit card numbers or social security numbers. All information
obtained by this website is restricted to the web development department at Crisis Training
and its related management. Information for event registration is submitted via email to the
appropriate person for processing for that specific event. Information is only provided to people on
a "need to know" basis. The severs that store all related information collected by the website is
kept in a secure environment, both software and hardware.

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never
knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without
