- One-Rescuer adult, child, and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- First aid for choking
- Chain of Survival
- Normal heart and lung anatomy and function
- How to recognize a heart attack
- Stroke warning signs
- Recommendations for prudent heart living
- Heartsaver CPR Certification Card
Original certification classes usually take 4-6 hours and recertifications 2-4 hours.
This class is for everyday people.
